  • Ensure you are advised when 'happenings' occur whilst delivering our service or product.

  • Ensure you receive any and all documents, services and products required promptly.

  • Give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service.

  • Seek feedback on our service or products and provide mechanisms review.

  • tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service.

  • from time to time make allowance for a review of our service or product to ensure relevance.
